Surrenders
For surrenders the owner can fill out an application for either ferret or reptile. For ferrets, NJ Fish and Game requires surrender forms with owners name and contact information.
For reptiles we take in on case by case basis, otherwise we place bio on Facebook and then screen applications for the owner. We have no foster homes for Red Eared sliders or water turtles to take in. But would be happy to help you find a home.
Adoption
For adoption you can fill out an application and we screen and contact you.
The adopter must be 18 or older, have landlord (or parent) permission. A vet reference. And we can't adopt to NYC 5 Burroughs where ferrets are currently illegal to own.
We typically adopt local, and do not ship animals.
