Iguana Adoption Application

All prospective adopters must fill out an adoption form completely. Please specify the animal(s) you are interested in.

Potential adopters under 18 must have a parent / guardian fill out an application form as well. For legal reasons, the parent / guardian must be the primary adopter in these cases and be willing to take on the full care of the animal if needed.

This application is not a guarantee that an iguana will be placed with you. Scales and Tails, Inc. is a small NJ based rescue organization with several foster homes. Scales and Tails, Inc. also lists other reptiles outside the organization. Applications for these reptiles will be forwarded to the other organizations or people who are in possession of that reptile.

Please note: It is the responsibility of adopters to provide proper husbandry and care for any animal they adopt. Scales & Tails is not responsible for any injury to humans, other pets, nor any vet bills incurred.
